Terms and Conditions

  • Canceled Orders

Custom fabrication and special-order materials are non-cancelable and non-refundable once fabrication or supplier ordering has begun. All other orders may be canceled prior to processing or pickup; however, any materials that have been pulled, cut, ordered, or otherwise prepared will be subject to applicable charges.

  • Claims Policy

All materials must be inspected immediately upon pickup or delivery. Any claims for damage, shortages, or defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt and must include supporting photos.

No claims will be accepted after materials have been installed, cut, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

Due to the natural characteristics of stone, variations in color, veining, texture, and shading are inherent and are not considered defects.

All claims are subject to review and approval. Liability, if any, is limited to the replacement of defective material only. Labor, installation, removal, and any consequential costs are not covered.

  • Deliveries

We will make every effort to place materials as close to the requested location as safely possible. Placement is at the driver’s discretion based on site conditions, access, and safety considerations.

Frymoyer Stone Fabrication & Supply is not responsible for any damage to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, lawns, irrigation systems, or other property resulting from delivery, unloading, or placement of materials.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and suitable for the weight and size of delivery vehicles. By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges and assumes all risk associated with site conditions and material placement.

  • Expedited Orders

Rush orders are subject to Frymoyer Stone workload at the time of the request and are subject to a 35% surcharge to cover the cost of paying our stone craftsmen overtime, if they are willing.

  • Installation Disclaimer

Proper installation is the responsibility of the customer and/or their contractor. All materials should be installed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

Frymoyer Stone Fabrication & Supply is not responsible for improper installation, misuse of materials, or failure to follow recommended installation methods.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all materials are correct, suitable, and acceptable prior to installation. Installation of materials constitutes full acceptance of the product.

Frymoyer Stone is not liable for any damages resulting from installation, including but not limited to structural issues, product failure due to improper handling, or jobsite conditions.

No warranties are expressed or implied regarding installation. Any product concerns must be reported prior to installation in accordance with our Claims Policy.

  • Order Pickup & Acceptance

All materials must be inspected at the time of pickup or delivery. By signing for the order, the customer (or their representative) confirms that all materials have been received in good condition and that quantities are correct.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify accuracy prior to leaving our facility or upon delivery. Any discrepancies, shortages, or visible damage must be noted at that time.

Signature at pickup or delivery constitutes acceptance of the materials as-is. Claims for damage, shortages, or errors will not be accepted after materials have been removed from our facility or delivery site without proper documentation at the time of receipt.

  • Payment & Terms

Contractors & Dealers: Frymoyer Stone Fabrication & Supply offers credit terms to qualified contractors and dealers upon approval of a completed credit application. Orders are released in accordance with established credit terms, and accounts must remain current to maintain credit privileges.

All Other Customers: Full payment is required prior to pickup or delivery unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Past Due Accounts: Accounts with outstanding balances may have orders placed on hold until payment is received. Continued delinquency may result in the account being moved to prepaid-only status.

  • Price Guarantee

If you discover a lower price on an identical, in-stock masonry accessory or landscape supply item from a local retailer, we will match that price. To qualify, please present the website, advertisement, printout, or photo for verification at the time of purchase.  This offer does not apply to stone materials. Refunds will not be issued after the time of purchase.

  • Product Disclaimer

Frymoyer Stone is not liable for material product damaged during transport from its facility or at the jobsite. All completed orders are inspected to meet quality compliance. There are no warranties covering misapplication of our products or damage during construction phases. Repairs may be arranged at the customer's expense. Natural stone is nonrefundable.

  • Refundable Deposits

We charge refundable deposits at the time of pickup or delivery. Pallets marked orange, A-Frames, and posts/poles/tie-downs returned in good condition will be refunded.

  • Returns Policy

Returns are limited and subject to the following conditions:

No returns are accepted on bagged goods, natural stone, or special-order materials.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Materials must be in original, unused condition and in resalable form to be eligible for consideration.

  • Storage

We’re happy to hold completed orders for up to 14 days at no charge. As space in our yard and warehouse is limited, storage fees per pallet may apply after this period.
