Rush Orders 

Rush orders are subject to Frymoyer Stone workload at the time of the request and are subject to a 20% surcharge to cover the cost of paying our stone craftsmen overtime, if they are willing. 

Cancelled Orders 

Orders may be cancelled at any time. You will be responsible, however, to pay for all costs and products fabricated up to the time you cancel the order. If your order was 100% prepaid, you will be refunded the difference. If your deposit does not cover the production up to the point in time of your cancellation, you will be responsible for the balance due. 

Credit Terms 

Our terms are Net 30 days. Should an account have a balance over sixty (60) days past due, it will be placed on a CREDIT HOLD. A credit hold will freeze all shipments and orders in progress, and orders will be released only on a C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) basis until all overdue invoices are paid. Frymoyer Stone reserves the right to add an additional 25% of the C.O.D. order total that will be applied to the past due balance until that past due balance is paid. Should an account have a balance over ninety (90) days past due, Frymoyer Stone reserves the right to retain outside legal counsel and all collection costs, court costs, and legal fees incurred to collect delinquent balances will be added to your account. 

Deliveries 

We will make every effort to place materials as close to the requested location as safely possible. Frymoyer Stone will not be responsible for any damage resulting from such placement.  

Deposits 

We charge a refundable deposits at the time of pickup or delivery. Pallets marked orange, A-Frames, and posts/poles/tie-downs returned in good condition will be refunded. 

Inspection 

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. Any claim for damage must be noted on the freight bill, and a claim filed with the freight company. Any product defects must be reported in writing to Frymoyer Stone within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Frymoyer Stone will repair or replace any defective pieces at its sole discretion. If the damaged or defective stone is not reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, the repair or replacement becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

Installation 

Frymoyer Stone does not provide installation services. We do, however, work with many qualified installers and can provide a list of professionals with whom we have had positive experiences. 

Price Guarantee 

If you discover a lower price on an identical, in-stock masonry accessory or landscape supply item from a local retailer, we will match that price. To qualify, please present the website, advertisement, printout, or photo for verification at the time of purchase.  This offer does not apply to stone materials. Refunds will not be issued after the time of purchase.  



Prices in this book are subject to change depending on the prices set by our suppliers. 

Product Disclaimer 

Frymoyer Stone is not liable for material product damaged during transport from its facility or at the jobsite. All completed orders are inspected to meet quality compliance. There are no warranties covering misapplication of our products or damage during construction phases. Repairs may be arranged at the customer's expense. Natural stone is nonrefundable. 

Product Pickup 

Orders must be transferred to the contractor within two weeks of notification that the product is ready for pickup. Due to space limitations and the potential for damage, Frymoyer Stone cannot store orders beyond this timeframe unless alternative arrangements have been made with management. 

Returns 

• No returns for bagged goods. 
• No returns for natural stone. 
• No returns for special orders. 
• No returns after 30 days 
• 25% restocking fee will be applied. Must have proof of sale. 

WE DO:

• Provide basic installation guidelines for some of our products.
• Recommend you use a qualified stone setter or mason.
• Recommend to have all installation and anchoring means and methods approved by your project architect or engineer.

WE DO NOT:

• Accept responsibility for damage during the delivery or installation process.
• Accept responsibility or liability for improper installation
